1. Log into Workflows as SCRCIRCJ.
2. Open the Checkout wizard. Enter the barcode number of the item in the User ID field and proceed to Step 5. If the item does not have a barcode, use the Item Search helper to find the item.
6. On the first of the month, you will receive a report listing items that were charged out to GOVDOCDISCARD user the previous month. Paste the content of this report into Facebook page at Commonwealth Libraries.
7. Items will be discarded automatically on the first of the month.
8. On the first of the month, you will receive a List of Failed Discards report that will list government documents that were not discarded automatically. You will need to resolve these on a case-by-case basis.
