Recorded Books eAudioBooks Import
1. After receiving email notification, download records from vendor web site per instructions in the email.
2. Save file into OCLC Export folder as NETLIBmmddyy.mrc
(e.g.; NETLIB122007.mrc).
3. Open the MarcImport wizard.
4. Under the Import tab, select File Type: MARC.
5. In the “Source” field, use the gadget to locate the file in OCLC Export.
6. Call the Destination file RECBOOKS.
8. When asked if the diskette is ready, answer Yes.
9. When asked if there are more files to download, answer No. A word processing program on your PC will open with a report.
10.Invoke the Schedule New Reports wizard and open Bibload OVERDRIVE (in the Templates tab) to Run Now.
11.Go to the Load tab and, in the File to Load field, select RECBOOKS.
12. Change the Default Holding Code to RECBOOKS.
13. Select Run Now to run the report immediately.
12. When the report finishes running, go into the Finished Reports wizard and check the report log. Make sure all records loaded properly.
13. Email the file to the proper contacts at the District Libraries.
